Slowburn – Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 – effective 13 September 2026
Last updated: 13 September 2026

This policy is part of the Slowburn Terms of Service. Operator: PowerQuant ApS, trading as ONEWORD Entertainment, Denmark. Contact: hello@onewordentertainment.com.

1. The three red lines

These rules have no exceptions, however the request is framed: not as "role-play", "hypothetical" or "testing".

1.1 No minors. All Slowburn characters are fictional adults aged 25 or older. You may not ask a character to be, act as or be described as under 18, introduce a child or teenager into any sexual or romantic scene, or use school settings, ages, body descriptions or code words to imply a minor. Attempts count as breaches even if the filter blocks them.

1.2 No real or identifiable persons. You may not name, describe or upload the likeness of any real person, living or dead, including celebrities, ex-partners, colleagues or yourself, as a character or in a portrait request.

1.3 No non-consensual content. You may not create scenes presenting rape, coercion, drugging, incapacitation or abuse as sexual content. Characters may say no, and you must respect it. Consensual fictional power-play between adults is allowed; depicting violation is not.

2. Other prohibited conduct

2.1 Illegal content: anything unlawful to create, possess or share under Danish or EU law, including bestiality, incitement to violence or terrorism, and content infringing others' intellectual property.

2.2 Harassment and hate: content intended to threaten, humiliate or harass a real person, or that dehumanises people based on protected characteristics.

2.3 Self-harm: content promoting suicide, self-injury or eating disorders.

2.4 Prompt extraction and jailbreaking: attempting to reveal, copy or override system prompts, character definitions, safety instructions or model configuration, or probing filters to map their limits.

2.5 Technical abuse: scraping, bots, rate-limit evasion, account sharing, reselling access, reverse-engineering, or interfering with other users.

2.6 Circumventing enforcement: creating a new account after a ban.

2.7 Misrepresenting outputs: presenting AI portraits or voice notes as real people, or using them for deception or fraud.

3. How we enforce

3.1 Automated filters scan every input and output. Content that trips a filter may be blocked, rewritten or logged for review by a small human team bound by confidentiality, who see only what is needed to decide.

3.2 Enforcement ladder, applied according to severity and history:

Step 1 – Warning. An in-app or email notice explaining what crossed the line, for borderline or first-time, low-severity issues.

Step 2 – Suspension. Temporary loss of access, typically 7 to 30 days, for repeated breaches or a single serious one. Paid time is not refunded.

Step 3 – Ban. Permanent account closure and blocking of the associated email and device signals. Any remaining subscription is cancelled without refund.

Step 4 – Reporting. Where the law requires or permits, we report content and account details to the Danish police or other competent authorities and preserve evidence.

3.3 Any breach of Section 1 goes directly to Step 3 and, where applicable, Step 4. Attempts involving minors are reported without exception.

3.4 Safety logs of flagged content are kept for 12 months, or longer where needed for a legal claim or investigation.

4. Appeals and reports

4.1 To appeal, email hello@onewordentertainment.com within 14 days of the notice with your account email and a short explanation. A person reviews appeals and replies within 14 days. Red-line decisions are reviewed but rarely reversed.

4.2 To report content you believe breaches this policy, including character output, use the in-app report or email us. We review all reports.

5. Changes

5.1 Material changes are announced with the same notice as the Terms of Service.
